I work primarily in printmaking because it is a medium which inherently employs a myriad of techniques reflective of our evolving society. Most recently, I have used ideas associated with the relationship between man and nature and the consequential creation/destruction narrative. Naturally, I am also influenced by the inner workings of science and spirituality. My practice has always been about experimentation with regards to ‘the self’, the physical and psychological notions of ‘the world’ and human interconnectivity. Rooted in intuition and iteration, my art practice is a continuous material experiment—a physical meditation.
